Rules you must follow: Operator Rules Rules & Tips for Operators:1. Do not kick fellow ops, if you find any complain against any of the op, please complain the Sops(super-ops) and if u have any complain against Sops, contact founder (Atif). 2. Do not kick anyone for fun, you need to have a valid reason to kick anyone out. Valid reasons to kick: i. User is annoying, and irritating other users. ii. User is pasting useless stuff.(please warn first) iii. User is flooding.(no warning) iv. User is repeating.(4 repeats in a row) v. User is using bolds.(please warn first) vi. User is using caps.(please warn first) vii. User is abusing or swearing.(no warning) viii. User is advertising links. ix. User asking for email ids on main.(please warn first) x. User writing their email ids.(no warning) xi. User is misbehaving, either in pvts or main.(no warning) xii. User is flirting.(please warn first) xiii. User asking "any girl", as this is not a 'girl pick up' channel.(no warning) xiv. User is threatening.(no warning) xv. User is acting or talking cheap, including dual meaning talks. (no warning) xvi. User is connected from a client other than the CGI:IRC (thehostbusters) or Java Applet. 3. Do not give Ops to anyone, unless u are 100% sure he is among admin. 4. Deop yourself when you are away. 5. Deop yourself if 4 or more ops are already active and opped on channel. 6. To op yourself, type '/chanserv op #dosti yournick' , you need to identify your nick(the nick which is added in op list) before getting op. |
